At Target Point Armory, we offer a wide range of firearms, including handguns, rifles, and shotguns, as well as accessories such as ammunition, holsters, optics, and cleaning supplies. We also provide self-defense products, including pepper sprays and stun guns.

Purchasing firearms online: we must ship your firearm to a federal firearm license dealer (FFL dealer). You must be 21 years of age to purchase a handgun and a legal resident of the state you are transferring to. Once your FFL dealer has received your firearm, you will be contacted and you will fill out a 4473 background check to complete your purchase.

No, Target Point Armory does not offer a layaway option for firearm purchases at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Policies

At Target Point Armory, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns policy below for information on returning products:

  1. Unopened Non-Firearm Products: Unopened non-firearm products with intact packaging in original condition may be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase for a refund.

  2. Unopened and Unfired Firearms: Unopened and unfired firearms may be returned at the sole discretion of Target Point Armory and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within 5 days from the original purchase date. Refunds for returned firearms will be issued in the form of store credit.

  3. Special Orders and Used Items: Please note that we do not accept returns on special orders, used items, or items sold "as is".

  4. Excluded Products: We do not permit the return of the following products:

    • Special orders and custom-configured products.
    • Products sold "as is" or "used", or those that have been installed or used after receipt.
    • NFA items that require ATF Transfer after the start of paperwork.
    • Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics, and night vision equipment.

Return Shipping Instructions: When returning products, we recommend using a carrier that offers shipment tracking and either insuring your package for safe return or declaring the full value of the shipment. Target Point Armory is not responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipping.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Note on USPS Returns: The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities, and there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace.

  1. Item Descriptions: The seller provides all descriptions for used items. We ensure that all descriptions are honest and accurately reflect the condition of the items being offered for sale. Any known defects or imperfections will be clearly communicated in the item description.

  2. Marking of Used Items: Items being sold as used will be clearly marked as such to distinguish them from new items.

  3. Final Sale: All sales on used items are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on used firearms. It is important to carefully review the item description and photos, if available, before making a purchase.

  4. Providing Photos: Whenever possible, we will provide photos of used firearms to give customers a visual representation of the item's condition.

  5. Machine Guns: All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted. Customers should be aware of this when purchasing machine guns from us.

We are committed to conducting all firearm sales in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Please review our general firearm sales policy below:

  1. Compliance with Laws: All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in strict accordance with existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We adhere to all legal requirements governing the sale and shipment of firearms and related products.

  2. Local Regulations: It's important to note that many of the firearms, magazines, and parts available for sale on our website may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas. We strongly advise customers to check their local and state regulations before placing an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding firearm ownership and possession.

  3. Customer Responsibility: By purchasing firearms or related items from Target Point Armory, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the legal requirements in their area regarding firearm ownership, possession, and use.

It is Target Point Armory policy to only sell and transfer firearms to either U.S. citizens or permanent residents. We are unable to sell or transfer firearms to individuals in the U.S. on work, travel, or student visas. Thank you for understanding.

Please review our warranty policy below for information on warranties, returns, and manufacturer support:

  1. New Firearms Warranty: All new firearms purchased from Target Point Armory are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, complete with magazine(s), accessories, and any applicable warranty. These firearms are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We believe that most manufacturers offer excellent customer service, and in most cases, it is recommended that owners work directly with the manufacturer to address any issues with firearms that are not functioning correctly. However, if you have a negative experience with a manufacturer, please let us know. If we determine that you have a legitimate concern with a firearm purchased from us, we will support you in resolving the issue.

  2. Warranty Work: Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the manufacturer in accordance with their guidelines. We recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for instructions on returning firearms for warranty service.

  3. Accessories and Special Order Items: Accessories and special order items that are not typically sold by our store are not covered under warranty, even if they are part of an integrated firearms package. For warranty information on accessories and special order items, please contact the original manufacturer.

  4. Ammunition Sales: Please note that all ammunition sales are final. We are unable to accept returns for ammunition purchases.

Please review our order fulfillment policy below for important information regarding shipping, cancellations, and returns:

  1. Shipping Times: All orders are promptly shipped from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days. We utilize trusted shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to ensure timely delivery of your items.

  2. Tracking Information: Tracking numbers are provided for items shipped via UPS and FedEx, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

  3. Online Order Cancellations: Please note that online orders are considered special orders and cannot be cancelled once they are placed. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

  4. Returns: Unopened and unfired firearms may be returned at the sole discretion of Target Point Armory within 5 days from the original purchase date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds for returned firearms will be issued in the form of store credit. Please note that we do not accept returns on special orders, used items, or items sold "as is".

  5. Special Orders: Special orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or cancellation.

At Target Point Armory, we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date online inventory. However, due to the dynamic nature of our inventory, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions or pricing. Please review our policy regarding online price and description errors below:

  1. Nature of Inventory: Our online inventory is subject to daily updates, and it is possible for items to appear on the site by mistake or for descriptions to contain typographical errors.

  2. Error Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices on our site are error-free. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur from time to time.

  3. Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order, including those for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order due to such errors, we will not charge the customer's credit card, or we will promptly issue a refund.

  4. Customer Notification: If an item's description contains an error, such as an incorrect price, and a customer places an order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. We may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition for a refund.

  5. Final Arbiter: By placing an order, the customer agrees that Target Point Armory will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog. We reserve the right to make corrections and adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and integrity.

At Target Point Armory, we prioritize safety and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase of ammunition. Please review our ammunition purchases policy below:

  1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.

  2. Shipping Method: All ammunition orders will be shipped via ground transportation with an adult signature required upon delivery. This ensures that ammunition is received safely and responsibly.

  3. Firearm Compatibility: It is essential to always use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms to ensure safe and proper operation. Be sure to consult your firearm's manual and specifications when selecting ammunition.

  4. Local Regulations: We encourage customers to familiarize themselves with local laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of ammunition. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their area.
